Singer and actress Miranda Cosgrove attends Seventeen Magazine's luncheon for the 'Pretty Amazing' contest held at the Mondrian Hotel on June 25, 2011, in New York City. The contest winner will feature on the cover of Seventeen magazine's October issue, and get a $10,000 scholarship from Neutrogena. There were 35,000 girls for the 'Pretty Amazing' contest, which is more than just looking good in pretty clothes, and includes interesting stories and videos by the girls. They were narrowed down to five finalists: 19 year old Nina Montgomery from Ridgewood, New Jersey, 16 year old Ann He from Dallas, Texas, 19 year old Zoe Damacela from Chicago, Illinois, 17 year old Lauren Lindberg from Danville, California, and 21 year old Shannon McIntosh of Miamisburg, Ohio.

Meanwhile 18 year old Miranda Cosgrove looked pretty age appropriate wearing an embellished tank top by Brian Reyes, paired with an abstract printed skirt by Charlotte Ronson (Fall 2011 collection) to the event. The iCarly cutie had her hair in a side ponytail and slipped on a pair of two-tone lace up booties. On her twitter Miranda wrote: "Had a great day in NYC met some amazing girls & got to help decide which one will be on the cover." Meanwhile talking about her own fashion choices with Seventeen magazine earlier this year, Cosgrove said: "I'm a jeans girl——I have tons of pairs. Selena Gomez wore clothes by Burberry Prorsum on the red carpet of the 2011 MuchMusic Video Awards on Sunday, June 19, 2011. This silk satin, chiffon and leather dress is from the Spring 2011 collection of Burberry Prorsum. Held in Toronto, these are Canada's biggest music awards and were hosted by Selena Gomez, who was incidentally also in town with boyfriend Justin Bieber. Her solo walk on the red carpet cooled down rumors that Bieber would also attend, but he made a surprise entrance in the middle of the show and was flirting on stage with Selena!

Lately the star of TV's Gossip Girl, and the gritty movie The Town, has been spotted wearing Lorraine Schwartz bracelets....a whole bunch of them! Above, Blake Lively on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on June 15, 2011, to promote her new movie Green Lantern. Blake's wearing four bracelets and bangles by Lorraine Schwartz, her earrings are also by that jewelery designer, while her nude color knit dress is by Missoni, contrasting with the lime green Christian Louboutin 8 Mignon sandals. Lively was pretty lively on the show, talking about her days as a choir singer and cheerleader in school, her decision to not hire a stylist and pick her own clothes for events, and her fashion advice for Jay Leno.
