
Demi Lovato says her new single Remember December is for all the girls out there. "The music video relates to the song in a way that a girl has so much to say to the guy, and it feels like he's not listening, and she wants him to remember everything that they had," Lovato told MTV News. "And so instead of having a love interest in this video, it's all about being fierce and kind of, like, taking control as a girl. It's like girl empowerment. Yeah, divas!"

Milk is good for girls because of its bone strengthening calcium. Demi Lovato is an on/off vegetarian posting on her Twitter: "Seriously debating whether or not I should become a vegetarian again. I just don't like meat. Yeah think I'm gonna do it. Meat just makes me feel weighed down, you know?"
Disney darling Demi Lovato is known for her music, her TV sitcom Sonny With A Chance, and her movies. Recently a rumor says that Demi will kiss Joe Jonas in Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. The rumors also enter into real life and claim that the two singers are dating, but Demi has denied this. She wears a purity ring and is close to her family: "I've got a great family. My support system includes my best friends, which now includes my cast, and I went to church every Sunday. My faith is strong, and my parents are incredible. They're there for me. I can talk to them about anything, no matter what."

They make me feel so sophisticated," Demi told the magazine.
Lovato thinks that former Disney star Hilary Duff has been a good role model. "I mean, I'm sure she made mistakes, but you never saw them. I think it's really cool that someone can grow up and continue to be looked up to by young girls." In keeping with her own fan base of tweens and teen girls, Demi is mindful of what image she projects: "Sometimes when I want to wear a really hot skirt or something, I think, ‘Would you want your little sister to wear that skirt in two years? No'."
