Irina Sheik on the cover of the February 2011 issue of Russian Tatler. The Russian model is wearing a Christian Dior embroidered chiffon dress, Giuseppe Zanotti Design sandals encrusted with rhinestones, silk hat with feathers by Lola, Jacob & Co earrings, single gold bracelet with diamonds by Leviev, and a pair of gold bracelets with diamonds by Judith Ripka.
The magazine covers the well known aspects of pretty Irina's career: her father died when she was young, how she grew up in a small mining town, and how she had an accidental move into modeling. Her mother actually encouraged Sheik's sister Tanya to get into modeling, but it was Irina who won the 2004 beauty contest for the Chelyabinsk region. The pretty girl's move into international modeling came after her sister became pregnant, and Irina had to work to support the family. In Paris, Irina tells Tatler, she lived in a small apartment shared with other models. They would get only fifty to eighty euro from the agency, to buy a metro pass and the most basic food!

The sexy clothes she has on are a Silk Trenchcoat by Gianfranco Ferre and a satin bra by Intimissimi, of which she is brand ambassador. In the interview with Tatler, Irina Sheik says that her life changed in 2007 after she bagged a modeling job with the Italian lingerie brand. Right now Irina lives and works in New York and is scouting for a new apartment in Manhattan. The article concludes: "She lives a crazy pace in airplanes, reads books on the history of Russia, has time to box, and never misses shopping at a vintage clothing store. And when she has time Irina takes evening walks with her Labrador Cesare." Read More......
