Hosting MTV's New Year's Eve Party in Times Square, New York, was Demi Lovato wearing more seductive clothes. The black French lace dress with a v neck and long sleeves is from the Fall 2010 collection of Chagoury Couture. Close friends Demi and Selena posed together before heading off to perform inside the MTV studios. On her twitter an excited Demi Lovato wrote: "Tune in to MTV's NYE in MYC to see me perform my new single Give Your Heart a Break LIVE tonight!!!!" Here's wishing Selena, Demi, and everyone else a prosperous and fun 2012!
