Kristen Bell said, "I have a very lucky profession that I get to work with people that have amazing fashion backgrounds, and I get help all the time. That's kind of why I think it's so important—because I know how that makes me feel—to share with other women, because it really can change you from your darkest day to your happiest day when you put something on and you feel confident. It changes your whole attitude."

Amanda Seyfried romantic type

The photogenic Amanda Seyfried stars in her first erotic thriller in the upcoming Chloe.

In Chloe Julianne Moore hires prostitute Amanda Seyfried to test the fidelity of her husband Liam Neeson, but ends up in a complex relationship with her. Amanda told the SF Chronicle that she chose the role to avoid typecasting: "I'd like to do more serious roles - it's much more fun to play people you can't relate to. I mean, I've been playing myself for six years, so it's really good to play a different character."

Seyfried's first lead role was in the romantic musical Mamma Mia and her latest movie, Dear John which toppled Avatar from the top spot at the box office, was a romantic tearjerker. Although Amanda tries to vary her movie role choices, she seems to do best in romance themes. She will be seen in another romantic comedy, Letters to Juliet, later this year.

Amanda Seyfried with co-star Channing Tatum at the UK Gala screening of their movie Dear John in London on 30th March 2010. On the type of clothes she likes, Amanda told Look magazine: "I love Stella McCartney and Alexander Wang. But I'm more likely to buy leggings than an elaborate low-cut piece. They both make casual clothes that have something extra going on, which is what I want. I also like Calvin Klein and I love Prada bags."

Amanda Seyfried in US Glamour April 2010, wearing Alternative Apparel T-shirt, J Brand jeans, and a Swarovski ring. Discussing her bouts of anxiety Amanda Seyfried told the magazine that she avoids partying smoking, and drugs because of that. Another reason she avoids partying is because: "I went to a party and—this was a long time ago—I was so drunk that I ended up taking this person home and not remembering anything. And I woke up the next morning, and I was like, 'Who am I? I am not this person, I didn’t enjoy that, I wish it could all go away.' So I stopped going out."

Left, Amanda Seyfried walking her Australian Shepherd dog Finn, and right, out jogging. "I love to work out. I like it when my body is tight and when I feel good. I've been doing it since I was young and I have a big obsession with exercise and wellbeing," Amanda told Look magazine. And Seyfried says she's a moderate eater and only goes on diets for movie roles: "I work out a lot and I'm just pretty moderate about what I eat......If I have to diet, it's salad with protein, salmon and broccoli, no dessert."

Amanda Seyfried in Glamour UK wearing a pretty Valentino dress, Jonathan Aston stockings, and Moschino sandals. Lately 24-year old Amanda has started taking ballet classes, and she tells Bliss magazine: "I'm reasonably coordinated — I took jazz dance classes in high school — but all the same, my brain doesn't sync with my body as fast as it does for people who have been dancing for a long time."

Sophia Bush fashion

Sophia Bush has flawless skin....and a great fashion sense.

Sophia Bush wearing a Rebecca Taylor red floral print skirt matched with a denim polka-dot blazer by the same designer, as she walks down Bryant Park during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York City on 14 February.

5'4" tall Sophia Bush is health conscious and says she's not much of a party girl, devoting time instead to animals: "I'm a big animal rescuer. I have rescued more animals than I care to admit. I ran a foster kennel in my kitchen." But when it comes to fashion Sophia loves to attend as many fashion shows as she can.

Sophia Bush and Molly Sims at the Diane von Furstenberg show in New York. Sophia told Just Jared: "I think that's the fun thing about fashion - it's all relative to your taste, but I've seen so many people looking exquisite. Molly Sims at Diane Von Furstenberg yesterday was just bananas - she's the ultimate, beautiful beachy girl and I'm trying to think - Melissa George was so classic at Herve [Leger]. But it's just fun to see how everyone puts their own spin on things. Some people go classic and some people take a risk - it's inspiring!"

On her TV show One Tree Hill, Sophia's character is an international clothing designer. When asked for whom she dresses up, Sophia Bush told WWD, "I dress for myself.....You've got to dress for you."

Sophia told the magazine that when she first started playing the role of vixen Brooke on One Tree Hill: "I'd never want to set this example for young women. Megan Fox dresses

Megan Fox usually likes to hang out in jeans and tees, like here going for coffee with beau Brian Austin Green.

As the face of Emporio Armani Women’s Underwear and Armani Jeans, Megan Fox showed her womanly curves and told W Magazine: "There are some women you could put in underwear and photograph them, and it looks really classy and it doesn’t necessarily provoke a pinup image. But with me it does, immediately, as soon as I’m in underwear. I’m a Vargas girl. So they were really conscious of that on set, trying to make sure that it didn’t look like we were doing a Victoria’s Secret campaign or a men’s magazine. They wanted it to look like fashion. Which is hard to do with me."

Barefoot Megan Fox dresses up in an Armani silk skirt and cotton vest for Harper's Bazaar UK. Her upcoming movies are Jonah Hex and The Crossing; Megan Fox told Harper's Bazaar: "Really, it's about reading and loving something. It's not about blockbusters or money. Sure, I'm tied into a franchise that makes so much money, but that means my other projects can be for love. From here on in, I want to make films that I want to watch myself."

Megan Fox is currently filming part three of the "money making franchise" Transformers. Megan told W magazine that when it comes to acting, "My main weakness is nerves. I have no confidence, and because of that I’m always second-guessing myself. That allows you to be false, and you can’t do that. You have to be honest; you gotta believe what you’re about to say. So once I get through the nerves, if ever, and sometimes it does happen, that’s when I’m able to have genuine moments."

Megan Fox dresses up for W Magazine, wearing a Lanvin polyester and polyamide dress, with a Lanvin necklace and Burberry belt, while she holds on to a Western costume hat.
