Nina and the cast of Vampire Diaries are already filming Season 2 of the show. In an interview Dobrev talked of her experience playing twin characters on the show: "Yeah, yeah. It's fun and challenging, but it's really awesome. I get to play two completely opposite, conflicting sort of... I get to play with myself, and it's really challenging having to do scenes with yourself."

Nina says she is glad that the show lets her keep her clothes on, unlike the other more racier vampire shows. "I'm very content with not being nude on national television - I enjoy True Blood myself and I watch the show but I'm happy that bra and underwear is as stripped down as I can get for the show." The 21-year old Canadian actress of Bulgarian heritage started out as a model and TV actress, becoming popular as teen mother Mia Jones on Degrassi: The Next Generation.



At the 2010 Teen Choice Awards, Nina Dobrev matches her sparkling white teeth to a sparkling white Alex Perry Spring 2010 RTW Carrie dress, with a wave pattern of blue bead work. Dobrev took home the award for Choice TV Actress in the Fantasy/Sci-Fi category.

The pretty actress is currently single and although people constantly hook her up with handsome co-stars Nina Dobrev tells Seventeen magazine: "To be completely honest, dating an actor is very complicated. There's a lot of vanity involved. And they're in their head, and they're kind of crazy. And you're always surrounded by beautiful people. I would prefer not to date an actor."



Nina Dobrev out jogging in comfortable workout clothing from Under Armour, including a Duplicity Sports Bra, Escape 3" short, and Heatgear longsleeve T with Compression fit. Nina is 5'6.5" tall and was a competitive gymnast in school; she enjoys playing all kinds of sports and watersports.
