Yvonne Strahovski is on a high. Her popular role as CIA agent 'Sarah' continues to entertain viewers, as the spy-parody TV show Chuck is renewed for a third season. 13 episodes of Chuck will be seen in its regular time slot (8pm EST on Mondays) but not only after next year's London Olympic Games in March.



Yvonne Strahovski is on a high because she celebrates her 27th birthday this Thursday. She has many upcoming projects for the big screen like I Love You Too, an Australian comedy, and the drama Love and Mortar. Yvonne's movie career goes on a further high when she starts filming the aviation thriller Shadows from The Sky.

In season 1 of Chuck Yvonne Strahovski was made to wear the Weinerlicious uniform and keep her hair in pigtails (top photo), and in season 2 it were figure-hugging pants and an orange tank. What will Strahovski be wearing for season 3? It better be something tight because Yvonne loves the fighting scenes, at the 2009 San Diego Comic-Con this month she told Blast Magazine: "I would love to jump from a helicopter, that would be fun. I love doing all that stuff. I get really excited when I have to do a fight scene."

Is the beautiful Jessica Biel toning down her magnificent curves?

Jessica was voted as having the best bottom in the E! viewers list of girls with the sexiest body parts. Above, Jessica shows off her curvy body in 2005 and below, the actress looking more slim at the Louis Vuitton Party this month. She is wearing a Louis Vitton polka dot skirt and black tuxedo jacket.



Jessica Biel has a simple technique to get slimmed down: "You have to find a balance, especially with what you eat. I don't live by the idea that you can't allow yourself a treat. I say, 'Eat things you like, but eat them in smaller portions'. I always cut things in half and send them back. I'm not perfect, I don't always do those things, but that's the goal."

Pretty Lauren Storm says people are surprised to learn that she's Jewish, "My dad is blond and blue-eyed, like me. He's German Lutheran and Mom's a German Jew. I was raised Jewish......Hallee Hirsh and I both auditioned for Nip/Tuck to play a Jewish girl getting a nose job, and she got it, and she's not Jewish. They looked at my picture and said, You don't look Jewish. You have a tiny nose."

Her mother Barb Storm is a teacher while her dad David is a dentist, and both are University of Michigan alumna. “When I was 11 my mom signed me up for a talent competition in New York. Lauren Storm graduated from the Excelsior School of Los Angeles at age 15. She told Teen Hollywood that it was a special school with only 20 kids, and she finished early because she wouldn't take summer vacations. And she was the only girl in the entire school! "There were probably girls after I left. We didn't have a prom. It was weird at first but it's really easy to get along with guys if you're a chick because chicks fight!"

Big butts run in my family and I have to keep the big butt at bay so I exercise a lot. I make sure I eat right--I eat a lot of vegetables and white protein and water, no soda."

After doing numerous modeling jobs, Lauren began playing guest parts in sitcoms like Grounded For Life, Malcolm in the Middle, and Still Standing, and in dramas like 24 and CSI: Miami. Storm's breakthrough role was in the series Flight 29 Down, which was shot in Hawaii. This was convenient for Lauren because her grandparents own a cabin on the Big Island, and Storm has visited Hawaii regularly for years.



Her friend and co-star from Flight 29 Down was Corbin Bleu, and here the 5'3" tall Lauren Storm attends the premiere of Corbin's High School Musical 3 on October 16, 2008. Lauren Storm lives in Burbank California and is not a shopping addict: "I keep the shopping trips to a bare minimum. My aunt works for Chanel, and she sends me stuff."

Contrary to rumors there is no feud going on between Miley Cyrus and her fellow Disney girls Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato, each other's BFFs. Miley says, "So everyone thinking there's a big feud between me ... and Selena and Demi. Actually, I'm going to have meatloaf with Demi tonight. I'm riding my bike to Demi's house. So I'm going to be partying with Demi 'cause we're friends, and I love her and she always is there for me. She is one of my bestest friends."

2009 ESPY Awards fashion

Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr went braless but looked stunning in a white floor length halter necked dress by Calvin Klein, for the 2009 ESPY Awards at the Nokia Theatre in LA. In the show, to be telecast this Sunday, Miranda Kerr and Atlanta Falcons Tony Gonzalez presented the Best Female International Athlete award to golfer Lorena Ochoa of Mexico.



Fellow model Marisa Miller was wearing a white strapless short Dolce & Gabbana dress, with a jeweled belt from the Spring 2009 collection, on the red carpet.



Actress Demi Moore, in her custom-made Zac Posen dress, presented the best male athlete award to swimmer Michael Phelps.



Actress Jaime Pressly, in a a backless sequinned cocktail dress, teamed up with actor Zachary Quinto to present the Best Game award to Super Bowl 43.

Jenna Dewan wedding

Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum got married last Saturday, July 12, at the oceanside Church Estates Vineyards in Malibu California. In the outdoor ceremony Jenna Dewan walked down the aisle wearing a peach-and-ivory Reem Acra couture ball wedding gown while Channing was dressed in Giorgio Armani.

Pretty girl Jenna says goodbye to all her other suitors and crushes; she met and began dating Channing on the sets of their 2006 dance movie Step Up.

Gisele Bündchen pregnancy Yoga

Gisele Bündchen wed Tom Brady in February and is now pregnant with his child. Amy Lombardo, practices Anusara yoga (an intense flowing form) with the supermodel, and also incorporates lunges, tricep push-ups, and core work into the workout. "She normally does an hour in the morning. It's a great way to wake up your body and start the day on the right note."



Gisele Bündchen has always been a Yoga practitioner; she told a Brazilian magazine that she keeps fit through Yoga, enjoys playing volleyball and surfing. A few years ago in her New York apartment the supermodel says that she was working out in skimpy Yoga clothes when some construction workers saw her. "I'm stretching in my shorts and I see a guy looking at me, but my assistant said he couldn't see me, so I continued. I left and came back home and there were more guys looking into my apartment. I decided to wave and they all waved back. They could see me the entire time! I could have killed her!"

Chinese actress Fan Bingbing says she has no boyfriend because she is working all the time.

Three of Fan Bingbing's latest movies include the spy thriller East Wind Rain, the action movie Bodyguards and Assassins, and the romance comedy Sophie's Revenge with Zhang Ziyi. The only boyfriend she admits having in the past is Wang Xuebing; and Bingbing says that if one day she cuts back on her work and only takes up one or two films in a year, she is probably in love.

Subsequently she appeared in nearly 30 shows. In 2003 Bingbing had a spectacular big screen debut with the hit Cell Phone. She won the Forbes China’s Star of the Year Award in 2005 but had problems with the Chinese media. In an interview Fan Bingbing complained: "I joined this industry at a very early age – at 15 – and became very popular at 17. At that time, the media still showed me mercy because I was so young. But later, they gradually started making all kinds of groundless suppositions about what I did [to achieve success]."

Among the accusations were sleeping her way to the top and getting plastic surgery. Fan Bingbing went to the extreme step of getting a two-hour checkup at the Sino-Japan Friendship Hospital by Ma Haihuan, a hospital surgeon, just to prove that she had never had any plastic surgery!



In a recent interview Fan Bingbing said, "I grow fat easily. I do have a thin face, arms and forearms, which are thankfully the areas people notice but when it comes to the rest of my body, I am actually a 'fat chick'." Bingbing says she considered dieting to lose her baby fat but dropped the idea when a fortune teller told her that if she were to lose weight her shapely posterior would go, and all the good fortune and luck she has enjoyed thus far will be gone.

Cameron Richardson

Cameron Richardson's character Chloe Carter, on the hit CBS miniseries Harper’s Island died recently. Her 2007 movie Alvin and the Chipmunks was such a hit that a sequel is due out later this year.



She was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (September 11, 1979), but raised in New Jersey. As a teenager Cameron Richardson was an athlete, running cross-country for her school, Old Bridge High. Cameron says that her family background was financially strained: "I was total trailer trash, babe. I can't remember any real tornadoes, although there were a couple of times when we had to tie our bicycles to trees to keep them from blowing away."

Cameron was teased by her schoolmates who called her "Cam-bones" because she was so skinny. She moved to New York to try modeling and signed up with Ford Models and No Ties Management. Richardson modeled clothes for American Eagle Outfitters, GAP, Lucky Brand Jeans, Chic Jeans, Roxy, and appeared on the covers of Mademoiselle, Interview, Cosmopolitan, Ocean Drive, and CosmoGirl.

Petra Nemcova loves challenges

Popular Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, TV show host, and Tsunami survivor Petra Nemcova told Women's Wear daily, "I love challenges and love to achieve things and to push myself. For me, life is about learning and growing. For me, to stop learning is to stop living."

In the above photo Petra Nemcova wears a white Marchesa gown at amfAR's Cinema Against AIDS 2008 at Le Moulin de Mougins in Mougins, France. Nemcova is adorned in drop earrings and a beautiful bracelet. "For me, jewelry is an easy way to make a personal statement with your look," says Nemcova. Petra codesigned a line under her name for the jewelry store Fortunoff, retailing from $125 to about $5,000. "I feel very blessed to now be a part of the Fortunoff family and the pieces I designed not only add a glamorous and sexy touch to any outfit, they add a bit of light and hope to your outlook each and every day."

New York has been home to the Czech model for more than ten years, after she was turned away from modeling jobs in Europe because of her curvy figure. Petra Nemcova made it big thanks to Sports Illustrated where such curves are more welcome! The brown-haired beauty was featured in the swimsuit issue from 2001 till 2006. While suffering broken bones in the 2004 Tsunami, and losing the love of her life, Petra returned to modeling after recovering with the help of family and friends in the Czech Republic.



Growing up Petra wasn't much of an athlete, but later she picked up challenging sports like scuba diving and sky-diving. Nemcova knows the importance of exercise saying she tries to workout daily: "When I have time and hour each day. Otherwise, if possible, at least 30 minutes." Petra is also into spiritual Yoga: "A meditation technique based on receiving and sending energy to yourself and others," she told Harper's Bazaar.

The pressures of toning down her curves for modeling jobs got to Petra Nemcova so much that she used to take laxative pills to flush out food from her system. After her Tsunami near-death experience Petra says she has learned to respect her body. In 2007 she turned vegan, alarmed at the depletion of global fish stocks. One of the advantages of being a vegan, says Nemcova: "When you go to a restaurant, you do not have to spend an hour searching in the menu, just say you want something that is vegan, like tofu......But I might go vegetarian - my body is craving feta cheese."
