
Marisa Miller is a bikini and lingerie model who sometimes also wears clothes for Victoria's Secret.

Marisa Miller talked to Cosmopolitan magazine about her healthy eating habits: "I eat mostly organic, but I love macaroni and cheese, Mexican food, and egg-and-cheese croissants. So when I indulge, I eat protein and veggies for the rest of the day. It really is all about moderation and balance."
As for desserts Marisa Miller loves eating fruit. Sometimes its apple with some wedges of Laughing Cow cheese, and sometimes she puts melted chocolate over bananas or strawberries.

Exercising comes naturally to the athletic model; growing up Marisa Miller was an avid surfer and volleyball player. Now that she's crossed 30 Marisa has taken up female boxing and Spinning. Miller told Shape magazine: "I have a home gym and I take Spinning classes at my local health club. When I can I box with a trainer, which helps me blast calories. If I'm going on the road, I bring resistance bands with me so I can strength-train anywhere." She tells her trainer, "I want to keep my curves but look toned. I want things to bounce but not jiggle."
